WAYNESVILLE — James Michael “Mike” Prescott, 69 of Waynesville, passed away suddenly Tuesday, October 11, 2022.
Born in Brunswick, his parents are James Prescott, of Havana, FL. And Mary Elizabeth Harrison Linton, of Waynesville. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Bernard Ellsworth Linton, Jr.
Prescott worked as a Painter for many years before retiring. He was of the Baptist Faith and loved gardening, woodworking, fishing, and spending time with his family.
