Victoria Jean Ouellette Cade

Victoria Jean Ouellette Cade, 67, of Blackshear, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2026, at UF Health Shands in Jacksonville, Florida, following an illness.
Born in Bangor, Maine December 15, 1958, she was a daughter of the late Donald Ouellette Sr. and Jean Avery Ouellette.
She had made Pierce County her home since 1996 and had worked for many years as a retail manager for several local businesses, including United Market in Blackshear. She was of the Catholic faith.
She enjoyed cooking, sketching, painting and singing along to her favorite songs by Steve Perry and Journey. She loved a good road trip, enjoyed looming and never missed an opportunity to spend time with others. She had a genuine love for
people and found great joy in being surrounded by family and friends. Above all else, her greatest happiness came from spending time with her daughter and grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. The excitement and love she showed whenever
they were together were a true reflection of how much her family meant to her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Matthew Ouellette.
Survivors include her daughter, Heather Goins (Robert Upchurch), Blackshear; two grandchildren, Elijah Goins and Oliver Goins, both of Blackshear; her fiancé, Wesley Sylvanus, who is currently stationed in Poland serving in the military; two
sisters, Teri Hatch and Lisa Prescott, both of Maine; three brothers, Donald Ouellette Jr. (Melanie) of Rhode Island, Mark
Ouellette Sr. (Rene) of Iowa and Joey Ouellette of Maine; the father of her daughter, Wayne Cade (Susan), Blackshear and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, October 28, at Pearson-Dial Funeral Home.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Pearson-Dial Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
Sympathy may be expressed by signing the online guestbook at www.pearsondial.com.
Pearson-Dial Funeral Home was honored to serve the Cade family during this time.
