Sheriff’s Report

• DUI, Possession of Methamphetamine: David Steedley, 53, was arrested Monday, October 12 and charged with DUI, and Possession of Methamphetamine.

Brantley County deputies responded to an agency assist with Georgia State Patrol.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Clinton Teston, 43, was arrested Tuesday, October 13 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Driving While License Suspended or Revoked: Sharon Romero, 42, was arrested Wednesday, October 14 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.

The Nahunta Police Department made a traffic stop.

• Outstanding warrants of Battery-Family Violence, Cruelty to Children-Family Violence 3rd Degree: Eric Mendoza, 36, was arrested Wednesday, October 14 on the following outstanding warrants of Battery- Fami l y Violence and Cruelty to Children Family Violence 3rd Degree.

• Outstanding Probation warrant: Michael Musgrove, 48, was arr ested Thursday, October 15 on an outstanding Prob ation warrant.

• Disorderly Conduct: Phillip Rhoden, 71, was arrested Friday, October 16 and charged with Diso rderly Conduct. Brantl e y County deputies re sponded to a call in the 5700 block of Highway 301 in reference to domestic altercation.

• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects: Pepper Stuart, 50, was arrested Friday, October 16 and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects.

• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of Firearm or Knife During in Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies, Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 Oz., Receipt Possession or Transfer of Firearm by Convicted Felon: Jerrin Flowers, 40, was arrested Friday, October 16 and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Cont rolled Substance, Possession of Firearm or Knife During in Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies, Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 Oz. and Receipt Possession or Transfer of Firearm by Convicted Felon.

The Nahunta Police Department made a traffic stop.

• DUI: Steven Ammons, 38, was arrested Saturday, October 17 and charged with DUI.

Brantl e y County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Buster Walker Road in reference to Failure to Maintain Lane.

• Speeding, Driving While License are Suspended or Revoked: Dedrick Davis, 34, was arr ested Saturday, October 17 and charged with Speeding and Driving While License are Suspended or Revoked.
