Unison Behavioral Health recently recognized staff member Betty Dean (with certificate) for 30 years of service with the organization. Dean started her service as a Health Service Tech at Unison’s Ware Day Program where she continues to serve today. She was promoted the following year to Social Service Technician and two years later to Social Services Technician Senior. She has been a Behavioral Health Professional III since last year. Dean works closely with adult day program clients in reaching their goals through group and individual skills training. Throughout the years, she has remained a valued team member, demonstrating dedication to the clients and coworkers she serves.
