HOBOKEN — Drivers who fail to appear for their court date will soon be facing a $200 fine for failure to appear.
The Hoboken City Council heard the first reading of Ordinance HOB 2026-02 during the Tuesday, October 6 meeting.
The ordinance will implement a $200 failure to appear fee and a $50 administrative fee for citations following a second reading in November.
