Memorial Satilla Health will host a Butterfly Release 6:30 p.m. Thursday, October 15, in recognition of National Remembrance Day for Infant and Pregnancy Loss Awareness Month.
The community is invited to gather at the YMCA of Waycross Playground on Darling Ave. for a ceremony honoring families and loved ones who have experienced infant or pregnancy loss.
The event is intended to offer a meaningful time of remembrance, support and connection for those affected by loss. Light refreshments will be served following the ceremony.
