Nancy Perry was the guest speaker at the recent meeting of the Blackshear Exchange Club. More children are lost to cancer in the U.S. than any other disease. Every 2 minutes, there’s a child around the world being diagnosed with cancer. Nancy Perry, spokesperson and advocate for Campground Ministries knows this first hand, as she lost her grandson, Camp, to brain cancer when he was only 2 years old. “I am honored to help raise awareness for childhood cancer. We have several fundraisers, or what I prefer to say, opportunities to donate to a great cause,” said Perry. “These include Campground t-shirts, yard signs, Gold Bows and Camp Rocks 4 Kids, to name a few. “ The vision of Campground Ministries is to positively impact the world for good through childhood cancer research and awareness while sharing the hope they have in Jesus with others.
