Dwaynea Golden has been selected as 2026 Soror of the Year by members of the Delta Zeta Chapter of Phi Delta Kappa National Educational Sorority. Golden, who serves as the chapter’s membership chair, demonstrated all the characteristics required to receive the award, members said in announcing the honor. She is an asset to the organization with positive leadership skills, dedicated attendance, and exemplary willingness to serve, they said. Golden (center) was presented the award by (left) Krystal Johnson, second vice president, and Carol Reed, president.
