Sheriff’s Report

• Driving While License Suspended or Revoked: Tyler Harrell, 33, was arrested Monday, September 14 and charged with Driving While Lic ense Suspended or Revoked.

Brantl e y County deputies conducted the traffic stop.

• Contempt of Court: Matthew Laroche, 24, was arrested Monday, September 14 and charged with Contempt of Court.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Kevin Mobley, 29, was arrested Monday, September 14 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Battery: Allie Dunaway, 21, was arrested Tuesday, September 15 and charged with Battery.

Brantl e y County deputies responded to a call in the 230 block of Cherry Street in reference to a physical altercation.

• Battery: Nathan Keene, 27, was arrested Tuesday, September 15 and charged with Battery.

Brantley County deputies re sponded to a call on Boots Harrison Road and Jones Road in reference to physical domestic.

• DUI: Scott Hall, 50, was arr ested Tuesday, September 15 and charged with DUI.

Georgia State Patrol cond ucted the traffic stop.

• Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery, Battery Family Violence: John Ryals, 63, was arrested Thursday, September 17 and charged with Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery and Battery Family Violence.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call in the 100th block of Fifth Avenue in reference to a physical domestic.

• DUI, Driving While License are Suspended or Revoked, Failure to Maintain Lane, Seat Belt Violation, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, Marijuana Possession of less Than 1 Oz.: Marcus Carter, 54, was arr ested Friday, September 18 and charged with DUI, Driving While License are Suspended or Revoked, Failure to Maintain Lane, Seat Belt Violation, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, and Marijuana Possession of less Than 1 Oz.

Reckless Driving: Robert Horton, 41, was arr ested Friday, September 18 and charged with Speeding, DUI and Reckless Driving. Georgia State Patrol conducted the traffic stop.

• Aggravated Assault, Pointing or Aiming a Gun or Pistol at Another, Discharging Firearm While Under The Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, Reckless Conduct: Leonard Harrell, 65, was arrested Satu rday, September 19 and charged with Aggravated Assault, Pointing or Aiming a Gun or Pistol at Another, Discharging Firearm While Under The Influence of Alcohol or Drugs and Reckless Conduct.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call in the 90th block of College Circle in reference to someone shooting.

• Disorderly Conducted: Jaelun Noel-Jones, 17, was arrested Saturday, September 19 and charged with Diso rderly Con ducted. Brantl e y County deputies re sponded to a call in the 140 block of Sikes Lane in reference to a fight.

• DUI, Failure to Maintain Lane, Seat Belt Violation: Clara Steedley, 58, was arr ested Saturday, September 19 and charged with DUI, Failure to Maintain Lane, Seat Belt Violation.
