• Kevin Lanier Douberly, 44, and Ruby Gail Warner, 32, were arrested Monday, June 29 and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug related objects.
Warner was also charged with possession of scheduled I controlled substance.
The Pierce County Sheriff's Aggressive Criminal Enforcement (ACE) Unit Investigator Wayne Mercer, Sgt. Greg Nettles, Investigator Landry Lloyd and Investigator Jacob Holmes conducted a traffic stop in Pierce County. The traffic stop led to the arrest of Douberly and Warner.
• Misty Lee Downs, was arrested Monday, July 27, and charged with felony possession of fentanyl, trafficking in methamphetamine or amphetamine and misdemeanor -possession of drug related objects.
ACE Unit Investigator Wayne Mercer, Sgt. Greg Nettles, Investigator Landry Lloyd and Deputy Landon Ryals conducted a traffic stop in Pierce County that resulted in Downs’ arrest.
• Michael Ray Smith, 61, and Haley Rae Smith, 40, were arrested Thursday, August 27, and both were charged with felony possession of schedule I controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug related objects.
ACE Unit Investigator Wayne Mercer and Investigator Landry Lloyd responded to a residence in Pierce County that resulted in the arrest of M. Smith and H. Smith.
• Gaige Linton Gilliard, 30, was arrested Friday, August 21, and charged with felony - possession controlled substance.
ACE Unit Investigator Wayne Mercer assisted State Probation Officers in executing a Fourth Amendment Waiver at a residence in Pierce County which led to Gilliard’s arrest.
• Bobby Scott Lewis, 48, was arrested Thursday, August 27, and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine.
ACE Unit Sgt. Greg Nettles and Investigator Wayne Mercer served a felony parole warrant at a residence in Pierce County that led to Lewis’ arrest.
