Teresa Ann Tippins, 62, of Blackshear, died Thursday morning, September 10, 2026, at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross.
She was born in Hollywood, Florida to the late Richard Fulton and Vickie Sigmond Sandberg. She worked as a cosmetologist and CNA, before retiring to become a full-time homemaker. She enjoyed baking and fishing. More than anything she loved her family and any moment she was able to spend with them. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Steven Thomas Tippins.
Survivors include her four children, Josh Tippins, Pierce County, Van Crews (Casey), Blackshear, John Tippins (Jesse), Seattle, Washington; Reva Turner (Jeffrey), Patterson; eight grandchildren, Oakley Crews, Micah Crews, Raiden Crews, Allissa Turner, Naomi Clemens, Jude Crews, Asher Turner and Marie Turner; one great-grandchild, Kason Carol; three siblings, Tammy Hendrix (Robbie), Waycross, Rhonda Fulton, Crystal River, FL, Richard Fulton of Marianna, FL; two very special friends, Kristy Poppell and Diane Foster, both of Blackshear and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
