Members of Delta Zeta Chapter of Phi Delta Kappa Educational Sorority attended a leadership training workshop last month in Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of the session was to prepare, refresh, and enhance leadership skills for the upcoming sororal year. Workshop topics presented were “Smooth Operation and Strong Leadership,” “Submitting Made Simple: Financial Forms,” “Parliamentary Procedure Essentials,” and “NSPDK, Incorporated Print & Social Media Protocol.” Members who participated in the workshop were (seated l-r): Karen Ethridge, Tiffany Golden, Krystal Johnson, Dr. Linda Perry-Simpson, and Minnie Goettie; and (standing l-r): Dwaynea Golden, Carol Reed, Ronzie Patterson, Dr. Brenda Spearman, and Bettye Reese.
