Unison Behavioral Health recently celebrated 30 years of service by Stephonie Goddard, whose career has spanned multiple programs, roles, and leadership positions across the region. Goddard began her Unison career in 1995 as a part–time Human Services Technician with the Day Services program in Coffee County. She has been Accountability Court Program Manager since 2010, a role in which she continues to make a profound impact. Goddard exemplifies service rooted in compassion, professionalism, and unwavering dedication, Unison officials said. Her commitment to clients and staff is evident in every aspect of her work. The honoree brings a genuine desire to help individuals succeed, rebuild their lives, and achieve long–term stability. Over the years, Goddard has developed strong partnerships with court systems throughout the surrounding counties. Her ability to collaborate, communicate, and build trust with judges, court personnel, treatment providers, and community partners has strengthened the Accountability Court program and expanded its reach and effectiveness.
