Pierce County’s Lady Bear volleyball program put together a 6-1 record for the week which included the 100th victory for the program.
PCHS (10-5 overall, 2-0 Region 3-AAA) needed three sets to beat host Cook and swept Crisp County Tuesday, August 25.
The Lady Bears traveled Thursday, August 27 to Savannah to face regionmate Johnson of Savannah and Bradwell Institute. Pierce County downed the Atom Smashers 25-7, 25-14 and followed with a 27-25, 2522 sweep of the Lady Tigers.
