Ware County wide receiver Ja’Londi O’Hara pulls in a pass behind Bainbridge safety Israel Butler for a long gain in last week’s season-opening game at Bainbridge. The Gators scored a touchdown with 4:55 left in the game and added a two-point conversion to claim a 22-21 victory against the Bearcats. Ware was joined on the road in opening the season by Pierce County and Brantley County Friday, August 21. Pierce traveled to Alabama where it defeated Coosa Christian 55-0 while Brantley fell 20-0 at Bacon County.
