A host of family, friends and well-wishers gathered Friday, August 14, at 608 Alice Street to celebrate the opening of two Waycross businesses. Separate ribbon-cutting ceremonies were held for This & That Apparel and eXp Realty, which have located in the recently renovated building at the corner of Alice Street and Carswell Avenue. This & That Apparel, operated by Paige Brand and formerly located at 506 Elizabeth Street, is a boutique offering a selection of women's and children’s clothing, accessories, and community spirit wear. Hours for the shop are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday- Friday and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday. The office for eXp Realty, operated by Realtor Heather Fluker, is open weekdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for all real estate needs.
