NAHUNTA — A Broxton man and woman were arrested Sunday night following a stop by the Nahunta Police Department for a traffic violation.
Richard Wade Harper, 49, and Jody Michelle Germaine, 37, were taken into custody foll owing the app roximately 11:30 p.m., stop a 2001 Chevrolet truck by NPD Captain Brandon Todd.
During his investigation, Captain Todd developed reasonable susp icion additional criminal activity was occurring. Lieutenant Jeff Sturgill arrived to assist as the backup officer.
