ELLIJAY, Ga. — Wanda Clark Blalock, 91, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2026, in Ellijay, Ga., after an extended illness.
Born on April 23, 1935, in Brunswick, Ms. Blalock lived a life marked by the warm memories she created with those around her.
She is survived by her son, Brantley M. Blalock, of Ellijay; sisterin- law, Jean Clark of Bristol; as well as many loving nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory and continue to feel her influence in their lives.
Ms. Blalock was preceded in death by her parents, William Brantley Clark and Exie James Clark, as well as all her brothers and sisters.
Arrangements are being handled by In Their Honor Funeral and Cremation Providers, Fairmount, Ga. Plans for a memorial service to honor Wanda's life will be announced at a later date.
