NAHUNTA — David Jonathan Ruth, 61 of Nahunta, passed away suddenly Monday, August 3, 2026.

Ruth was born July 22, 1965 in Michigan to Paul and Nancy Ruth. He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy; and his sister, Kathy.

Ruth built a life and a family filled with memories that will be treasured for years to come. Family was an important part of his life, and he leaves behind many who loved him deeply.

His sudden passing leaves an emptiness that cannot be easily filled. Those who knew Ruth will remember him not only as a husband, father, grandfather, brother and son, but as someone whose life became part of the stories and memories shared by his family.

Though his time with his loved ones was cut unexpectedly short, the love he gave and the memories he created will remain with his family forever. Ruth’s children and grandchildren will carry pieces of him with them as they continue through life, keeping his memory alive with every story, every photograph, and every moment they share.

Ruth will be deeply loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten.

Rest peacefully. Your family will carry your
