Sheriff’s Report

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Jonathan Trosper, 44, was arrested Monday, July 27 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Criminal Trespass: Larry Swails, 56, was arrested Tuesday, July 28 and charged with Criminal Trespass. Brantl e y County deputies re sponded to a call in the 830 block of Prescott Road in reference to trespassing.

• Driving While License Suspended or Revoked: Billy Crews, 53, was arr ested Friday, July 31 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.

Brantley County deputies were patrolling the area of Little Buffalo Creek Road.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Branden Nettles, 19, was arrested Saturday, August 1 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Outstanding Failure to Appear warrant: Danielle Capps, 35, was arrested Sunday, August 2 on an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant.

• DUI, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked: Christopher Goodlett, 36, was arrested Sunday, August 2 and charged with DUI and Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.

Georgia State Patrol conducted a traffic stop.

• Disorderly Cond uct: John Durham, 51, was arrested Sunday, August 2 and charged with Diso rderly Conduct.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call in the 120 block of Friendship Drive in reference to a suspicious person.

• DUI, Window Tint Violation, Seat Belt Violation: Mattox Guest, 19, was arrested Sunday, August 2 and charged with DUI, Window Tint Violation and Seat Belt Violation.

Georgia State Patrol conducted a traffic stop.

• DUI, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked: Alex Poole, 34, was arr ested Sunday, August 2 and charged with DUI and Driving While License are suspended or Revoked.

• DUI, Seat Belt Violation: Garrett Winn, 36, was arr ested Sunday, August 2 and charged with DUI and Seat Belt Violation.
