Waycross Aglow Lighthouse will meet 10 a.m. Saturday, August 8, at their new meeting location in the Fellowship Hall of Transformation Church, 2198 Brunswick Highway, Waycross.
The Special guest speaker will be Marcia (Mann) Brown from Baxley.
Brown is active as a wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She is a retired high school math teacher. She has also co-pastored a church with her husband and shared with church groups and women’s conferences. Her teaching focuses on the power of prayer, freedom in Christ Jesus and life as God's ambassador.
She is also one of the contributors of a devotional and inspirational book, Fifty Over 50: Who is That Woman in The Mirror? by Terri Clark. She and her husband, Ken, are now active in Wellspring Ministries of Life. They are also South Georgia regional representatives for Pray Georgia.
“If you desire fellowship with men and women who are hungry for a time of refreshing in the presence of the Lord Jesus and His followers, join us August 8,” said Rosalind Eskew of Aglow.
