• Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 Oz.:

Robert Caceres, 48, was arrested Monday, July 6 and charged with Mari juana Possession Less Than 1 Oz.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call on Hwy. 82 in reference to an ATV flipped

over.

• Possession of Methamphetamine: Mari Clark, 38, was arr ested Monday, July 6 and charged with Possession of Methamp hetamine.

The Nahunta Police Department responded to a

call.

• Possession of Methamphetamine: David Johns, 43, was arrested Monday, July 6 and charged with Possession o f Methamp hetamine.

The Nahunta Police Department responded to a call.

• Outstanding Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers warrant: James Lee, 52, was arr ested Monday, July 6 on an outstanding Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers warrant.

• Outstanding Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers warrant, Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 Oz: Jordan Martin, 27, was arr ested Monday, July 6 on an Outstanding Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcement Officer Warrant and was charged with Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 Oz.

Brantley County deputies responded to the 60 block of Wilkerson Road in reference to serving an outstanding warrant.

• Outstanding Burg lary warrant: Lillian Dees, 35, was arrested Wednesday, July 8 on an outstanding Burg lary warrant.

• Failure to Maintain Lane, DUI: Madalyn Durant, 49, was arr ested Wednesday, July 8 and charged with Failure to Maintain Lane and DUI.

Georgia State Patrol responded to a call.

• Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance: Alexis Prefontaine, 25, was arrested Wednesday, July 8 and charged with Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance.

• Criminal Trespass: Tanya Tomanek, 52, was arrested Wednesday, July 8 and charged with Criminal Trespass.

• Simple Battery: Connese Medlock, 61, was arrested Thursday, July 9 and charged with Simple Battery.

The Nahunta Police Department responded to a call.

• DUI, Failure to Maintain Lane: Nathan Graham, 43, was arrested Thursday, July 9 and charged with DUI and Failure to Maintain Lane. Georgia State Patrol responded.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Larry Till, 67, was arrested Thursday, July 9 on an Outstanding Probation warrant.

• Outstanding warrants of Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance: Megan Freder icks, 28, was arr ested Friday, July 10 on outstanding warrants of Posses sion and Use of Drug Related Objects and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.

• Criminal Trespass, Obstructing or Hindering Person Making Emergency Telephone Call: Ellison Kirkland, 21, was arrested Saturday, July 11 and charged with Criminal Trespass and Obstructing or Hind ering Person Making Emergency Telephone Call.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call in the 240 block of Corbitt Road in reference to a domestic dispute.

• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 Oz., Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Removing or Affixing License Plate with Intent to Conceal or Misrepresent: Richard Thornton, 60, was arrested Sunday, July 12 and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 Oz., Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, and Removing or affixing License Plate with Intent to Conceal or Misrepresent.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call in the 900 block of Matthews Circle in reference threats made.

• Criminal Trespass: Jesse Horton, 53, was arrested Sunday, July 12 and charged with Criminal Trespass.

Brantl e y County deputies responded to the 2500 block of Little Buffalo Road in reference to a burglary on progress.

• Failure to Maintain Lane, DUI: Eugene Jacobs, 64, was arrested Sunday, July 12 and charged with Failure to Maintain Lane and DUI. Georgia State Patrol responded to a call.

• Outstanding Fugitive From Justice warr ant: Ronnie Chancey, 54, was arrested Sunday, July 12 on an outstanding Fugitive From Justice warrant.

• Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, No Taillights: Joseph Teston, 41, was arrested Sunday, July 12 and charged with Driving While License Sus pended or Revoked, Posses sion and Use of Drug Related Objects and No Taillights.
