NAHUNTA — The Nahunta City Council held its first reading of an ordinance revising minimum zoning setback requirements during its July 6 monthly meeting at City Hall.
The ordnance, No. 26-07-001, amends the zoning code of the City of Nahunta. It establishes a revised minimum zoning setback requirements for property developments.
The amendment specifies a 20-foot front setback, 10-foot side setbacks and a 10-foot rear setback. It also provides definitions, enforcement and severability along with repealing conflicting ordinances.
