Sheriff’s Report

• Joshua Grady King, 40, and Keena Nicole Teston, 43, were arrested Monday, June 29, and charged with felony - possession of methamphetamine, possession of scheduled III controlled substances, misdemeanor drugs not in original container, possession of marijuana less than ounce and possession and use of drug related objects. Teston was additionally charged with three counts of possession of scheduled I controlled substances.

Aggressive Criminal Enforcement (ACE) Unit Sgt. Greg Nettles, Lt. Brad Justice, Investigator Wayne Mercer, Investigator Bryce Edwards and Investigator Landry Lloyd conducted a Fourth Amendment search at a residence in Pierce County that led to the arrests of King and Teston.

• Jason Eugene Sweat, 53, was arrested Wednesday, July 1, and charged with felony - criminal attempt to commit burglary.

Deputy Jack Golub responded to an area in Pierce County that led to Sweat’s arrest.

• Charles Lance Bowles, 57, was arrested Thursday, July 2, and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of scheduled II controlled substances, misdemeanor - possession of drug related objects and driving without license and probation violation warrant.

Deputy Hunter Griffin conducted a traffic stop in Pierce County that resulted in Bowles’ arrest.

• Charles Patrick Patterson, 37, was arrested Friday, July 3, and charged with felony - aggravated battery and aggravated assault.

Deputy Travis Courson responded to an area in Pierce County that led to Patterson’s arrest.

• Jeffery Martin Hanly, 51, was arrested Monday, July 6, and charged with felony possession of scheduled II controlled substances and misdemeanor - drugs not in original container.

Deputy Hunter Griffin, Deputy Chris Harris and Deputy Wayne Thrift responded to an area in Pierce County that led to Hanly’s arrest.
