A women’s conference will be held 10 a.m.-noon Saturday, July 25, at Abundant Life Christian Center, 905 Main Street in Blackshear. The meeting will be held in the social hall next door.
Featured speaker will be Carolyn Williams. Williams serves as the State leader of Georgia Aglow. Williams has a deep desire to see people grow in their journey with Jesus Christ. As a natural cheerleader and encourager, she is passionate about teaching others to practice the presence of God, to hear His voice and to love people well whom they encounter throughout each day.
Williams will be speaking on “Love Your Neighbor”, a movement started by her mother, Mary Lance V. Sisk that focuses on transforming communities through love, prayer and friendship evangelism.
Williams lives in Cumming along with her husband Jim. They have five children and nine grandchildren.
A 9:30 a.m. light breakfast will be provided before the meeting.
