Shropshire honored for dedication of 25 years

Unison Behavioral Health recently celebrated 25 years of service with Lisa Shropshire.

Shropshire began her career with Unison in 2001 as a secretary at the Ware Adult Outpatient Clinic, receiving a promotion in 2004.

She later transferred to Unison’s Brantley Outpatient Clinic, where she continued to provide support to both clients and staff.

In 2019, Shropshire was promoted to Administrative Support III, and in 2021 advanced to her current role as Administrative Support Supervisor.

In this position, she offers leadership, guidance, and oversight to Support Staff across Unison’s Outpatient Clinics and the Access Unit.

Throughout her career, coworkers say Shropshire has demonstrated a genuine passion for serving others and a steadfast commitment to supporting both staff and clients. Others said she was a strong and respected leader who fostered a culture of teamwork, professionalism and excellence.
