Memorial Satilla Health has scheduled bi-monthly maternity classes and monthly tours of its Birthing Center.
Tours and classes are held from 5 to 7 p.m. in the hospital’s Birthing Center Conference Room, 1900 Tebeau Street.

Classes will be held July 20, September 21 and November 16. Birthing Center Tours remaining are July 10, August 9, September 6, October 12, November 10 and December 11.
Topics of the classes will include breastfeeding, Cesarean sections (C-sections), diet and exercise, preparing for labor and delivery, relaxation techniques and vaginal deliveries.
