Unison Behavioral Health recently honored Administrative Support Supervisor Lisa Shropshire (third from left) for 25 years of service. Shropshire began her career with Unison in 2001 as a Secretary at the Ware Adult Outpatient Clinic and was promoted to a more advanced level in 2004. She later transferred to the Brantley Outpatient Clinic, where she continued to provide dependable support to clients and staff. In 2019, Shropshire was promoted to Administrative Support III, and in 2021 assumed her current role. In this position, she offers leadership, guidance, and oversight to support staff across outpatient clinics and the access unit. Throughout her career, the Brantley County resident has proven to be a strong and respected leader who fosters a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence through mentorship and encouragement. Her dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond have made a lasting impact on outpatient clinics.
