• Outstanding Failure to Appear warrant: Joshua Latham, 31, was arrested Tuesday, June 16 on an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant.
• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Christopher Mc-Cook, 32, was arr ested Tuesday, June 16 on an outstanding Probation warrant.
• Outstanding Par ole warrant: Tristian Mitchell, 30, was arrested Tuesday, June 16 on an outstanding Parole warrant.
• Outstanding Hit and Run warrant: Michael Smith, 29, was arr ested Wednesday, June 17 on an Outstanding Hit and Run warrant.
• DUI-Drugs, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects: Preston Hanson, 35, was arr ested Thursday, June 18 and charged with DUID rugs, Driving While Lic ense Suspended or Revoked, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects.
Brantley County deputies conducted a traffic stop at Friendly Express 93 in reference to Driving While License Suspended.
• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance, Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects: Celena Owens, 52, was arrested Thursday, June 18 and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance (two counts), Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance, and Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects after deputies responded to a call.
• Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Possession and use of Drug Related Objects, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, Head/Taillight Requirements, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance: Kenneth Spencer, 58, was arrested Thursday, June 18 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Possession and use of Drug Related Objects, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, Head/Taillight Requirements, and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, after Nahunta Police Department responded.
• Criminal Trespass: Corbin Barnaby, 23, was arrested Friday, June 19 and charged with Criminal Trespass. Brantl e y County deputies re sponded to a call on Indian Swamp Road in reference to a Physical Dispute.
• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Tony Crews, 40, was arrested Friday, June 19 on an outstanding Probation warrant.
• Burglary: John Wyrick, 62, was arrested Friday, June 19 and charged with Burglar.
Brantl e y County deputies re sponded to a call in the 250 block of Spell Landing Road in reference to someone in the garage.
• Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, Use of Communication Facility in Commission of a Felony Involving Controlled Substances: Heaven Sturm, 29, was arrested Friday, June 19 and charged with Conspiracy to Commit a Felony and Use of Communication Facility in Commission of a Felony Involving Controlled Substances.
Brantley County deputies responded to a call in Saddle Club Road in reference to a physical dispute.
• Theft by Taking: Kevin Wells, 55, was arr ested Saturday, June 20 and charged with Theft by Taking after the Nahunta Police Department conducted a traffic stop.
• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Jacob Davis, 27, was arr ested Saturday, June 20 on an outstanding Probation warrant.
• DUI, Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 oz.: John Reddish, 67, was arr ested Saturday, June 20 and charged with DUI, and Marij uana Possession Less Than 1 oz., after Georgia State Patrol conducted a traffic stop.
