WAYCROSS — Lisa Shropshire was recently honored for 25 years of service with Unison Behavioral Health.
Mrs. Shropshire, who lives in Brantley County, began her career with Unison in 2001 as a secretary at the Ware Adult Outpatient Clinic. She was promoted to a more advanced level in 2004.
Mrs. Shropshire later transferred to the Brantley Outpatient Clinic, where she continued to provide dependable support to both clients and staff. In 2019, she was promoted to Administrative Support III, and in 2021 Mrs. Shropshire advanced to her current role as Administrative Support Supervisor.
In this position, she offers leadership, guidance and oversight to Support Staff across Unison Behavioral Health’s Outpatient Clinics and the Access Unit. Throughout her career, Mrs. Shropshire has demonstrated a genuine passion for serving others and a steadfast commitment to supporting both staff and the individuals served.
As a strong and respected leader, Mrs. Shropshire fosters a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence through her mentorship and encouragement. Her dedication, positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond have made a lasting impact on our outpatient clinics and the many people whose lives she has touched over the years.
