Sheriff’s Report

• Battery, Criminal Damage to Property: Devin Crosby, 33, was arrested Monday, June 8 and charged with Battery and Criminal Damage to Property.

Brantl e y County deputies responded to a call in the 70 block of RD Circle in reference to a dispute.

• Driving While License Suspended or Revoked: Colby Ruesga, 25, was arrested Monday, June 8 and charged with Driving While Lic ense Suspended or Revoked.

• Speeding, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked: Clara Lowman, 32, was arrested Tuesday, June 9 and charged with Speeding and Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.

• Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Trespass, Terroristic Threats and Acts: Dalson Lynn, 21, was arr ested Tuesday, June 9 and charged with Diso rderly Conduct, Criminal Trespass (two counts) and Terroristic Threats and Acts after deputies responded to a call.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Phillip Rhoden, 71, was arrested Tuesday, June 9 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Outstanding Probation warrant: Kenn eth Hodge, 39, was arrested Wednesday, June 10 on an outstanding Prob ation warrant.

• DUI, Failure to Maintain Lane: James Moore, 32, was arrested Saturday, June 13 and charged with DUI and Failure to Maintain Lane.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call on Highway 82 and Post Road in reference to a man swerving all over the roadway.

• Driving while License Suspended or Revoked, Giving False Name, Address or Birthdate to Law Enforcement Officer, Terroristic Threats and Acts: Claude Saltzman, 42, was arr ested Saturday, June 13 and charged with Driving while Lic ense Suspended or Revoked, Giving False Name, Address or Birthdate to Law Enforcement Officer, and Terroristic Threats and Acts.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call on Highway 82 in reference to a shattered windshield.
