Cynthia Lowe, 59, passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 3, 2026, in Waycross.
She was born August 29, 1966, in Blackshear.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 13, from the First African Baptist Church, 708 E. 12th Street, Alma.
