Terry Lynn Porter Abt, 61, of Patterson, passed away Wednesday morning, May 29, 2024, at Hospice of South Georgia in Jesup following an extended illness.
Born May 5, 1963, in Orange, New Jersey, she was a daughter of the late Brice Monroe and Cynthia Ann Erickson Porter. She grew up in New Jersey and Massachusetts and lived most of her life in Florida before moving to Pierce County in November 2023. She had worked as a retail manager for Roses and was also a freelance artist.
Survivors include her son, Scott Myers, South Bay, FL; three brothers, Eric Porter, Umatilla, FL, Patrick Porter, Archer, FL and Karl M. Porter, Altoona, FL; a niece, Sara Tyre, Patterson and several other relatives.
Memorialization is by cremation.
