Sheriff’s Report

• Matthew Edward Carter, 37, was arrested Monday, April 27, and charged with felony - fugitive/ uniform crimi nal extradition act/Florida/ grand theft of motor vehicle.

Deputy Blaine Mercer, Deputy Hunter Griffin and Deputy Chris Harris responded to a residence in Pierce County that led to Carter’s arrest.

• Jonathan Robert Arroyo, 33, was arrested Thursday, April 30 and charged with felony - fugitive from justice (Florida).

Sgt. Mic hael James responded to the Pierce County Jail and Arroyo was arrested.

• Tyler Joseph Roberson 40, was arrested Thursday, April 30, and charged with felony possession of firearm by first offender probationers (two counts) and criminal attempt (possession of firearm by first offender probationers).

Aggressive Criminal Enforcement (ACE) Unit Investigator Landry Lloyd responded to a business in Pierce County that led to Roberson’s arrest.

• Robert Lee Henderson, 46, was arrested Friday, May 1, and charged with felony - possession of methamphetamine.

Deputy Travis Courson and ACE Unit Sgt. Greg Nettles responded to an area in Pierce County that led to Henderson’s arrest.

• Christina Joann Watkins, 44, was arrested Monday, May 4, and charged with felony - possession of methamphetamine, parole violation and probation violation. ACE Unit Invest igator Landry Lloyd, Sgt. Greg Nettles and Investigator Wayne Mercer conducted a traffic stop in Pierce County. After initial contact and evidence obtained, a search warrant was obtained for the residence and that led to Watkins arrest.

• Travis Weston Odum, 24, was arrested Wednesday, May 6, and charged with felony - possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor - driving while license suspended or revoked, knowingly driving vehicle with suspended registration, and failure to app ear (bench warrant).

ACE Unit Sgt. Greg Nettles, Invest igator Wayne Mercer and Investigator Landry Lloyd conducted a traffic stop in Pierce County that led to Odum’s arrest.

• Hunter Trent Nipper, 19, and Taylor Leann Broughton, 19, were arrested Friday, May 8, and charged with felony - possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule I controlled substance (two counts) and misdemeanor possession of drug related objects.

ACE Unit Sgt. Greg Nettles, Invest igator Wayne Mercer, Investigator Landry Lloyd, Deputy Blaine Mercer and Deputy Judah Hodges executed a search warrant at a residence in Pierce County that led to the arrests of Nipper and Broughton.

• Evelyn Nicole Boatright, 41, was arrested Saturday, May 9, and charged with felony - willful obstruction of law enforcement officers, cruelty to children first degree, misdemeanor cruelty to children - third degree, battery - family violence and simple battery. Deputy Blaine Mercer responded to a residence in Pierce County that led to Boatright’s arrest.

• Marquise Landal Barron, 21, was arrested Friday, May 8, and charged with felony - burglary - first degree (two counts), terroristic threats and acts (three counts), robbery, aggravated assault and a new arrest and charge was served Monday, May 11 while in custody - influencing a witness.

Deputy Blaine Mercer, Deputy Landon Ryals, ACE Unit Invest igator Wayne Mercer, Deputy Corey Sparks, Deputy Hunter Griffin and Deputy Chris Harris responded to a residence in Pierce County. After initial contact and evidence obtained Baron was arrested May 8.

• Brittany Venice Harris, 37, was arrested May 11 and charged with felony - influencing a a witness.

Deputy Blaine Mercer, Deputy Landon Ryals, ACE Unit Investigator Wayne Mercer, Deputy Corey Sparks, Deputy Hunter Griffin and Deputy Chris Harris responded to a residence in Pierce County May 8. After initial contact and evidence obtained Harris was arrested May 11.

• Archie Loyal Waters, 53, and Pattie Marie Peeters, 44, were arrested Wednesday, May 20, and charged with felony - possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession and use of drug related objects. Peeters was also charged with possession of scheduled I controlled substances.

ACE Unit Sgt. Greg Nettles, Investigator Wayne Mercer, Investigator Landry Lloyd, Deputy Blaine Mercer, Deputy Judah Hodges and Deputy Hunter Griffin executed a search warrant at a residence in Pierce County that led to Waters’ and Peeters’ arrests.

• Barry James McDonald, 51, was arrested Sunday, May 24, for charges of felony - possession of scheduled I controlled substances and misdemeanor under the influence, seat belt violation, open container and failure to drive within single lane.

Deputy Travis Courson served outstanding arrest warrants that led to McDonald’s arrest.
