WAYCROSS — Mr. Billy Grady Beverly, 91,

passed away Monday, June 1, 2026, at Harborview Satilla in Waycross following an extended illness.
Beverly was born in Waycross to the late Martin C. Beverly and Leona Cleland Beverly. He was the owner and operator of Beverly Sales and honorably served in the United States Air Force. Beverly was a devoted member of Sweat Memorial Baptist Church, where he shared his love of music as a choir member and soloist for many years.
In addition to his parents, Beverly also was preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Susan Beverly; two sons, Steven Beverly and Charles Beverly; one sister, Irene Altman (Raymond); and three brothers, Ralph Beverly (Lois), Howard Beverly (Ruth), and Charles Beverly (Faye).
Beverly is survived by three sons, Clayton Beverly of Blackshear, Glen Beverly of Mississippi, and Clifford Beverly of Brunswick; four grandchildren, Melissa Lopez, Trish Burkhart (Wes), Savanna Beverly, and Josh Beverly (Amber); and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 4 at the Music Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery.
The family will begin receiving friends at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
