• Disorderly Conduct: Joan Clark, 45, was arrested Monday, May 18 and charged with Diso rderly Conduct.

Brantl e y County deputies responded to a call in the 470 block of Mary Jones Road in reference to a domestic dispute.

• DUI, Failure to have license on Person, Off-Road Operati n g Restrict ions: Donald Scott, 21, was arr ested Monday, May 8 and charged with DUI, Failure to have license on Person, and Off-Road Operating Restrictions after Georgia State Patrol conducted a traffic stop.

• Disorderly Conduct: Ty Crews, 38, was arrested Tuesday, May 19 and charged with Diso rderly Conduct.

• DUI, Failure to Maintain Lane: Felicia Davison, 39, was arrested Tuesday, May 19 and charged with DUI and Failure to Maintain Lane after Georgia State Patrol conducted a traffic stop.

• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Parole Violation: Benley Harris, 28, was arrested Tuesday, May 19 and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and Parole Violation after an investigation was conducted. (More Charges Pending)

• Possession of Methamphetamine: William Kindle, 36, was arrested Tuesday, May 19 and charged with Possession of Methamp hetamine after an invest igation was conducted. (More Charges Pending)

• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Unsafe Vehicle or Equipment, Window, Windshield, or Wiper Violation: Marvin Smith, 35 was arr ested Tuesday, May 19 and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession and Use of Drug related Objects, and Unsafe Vehicle or Equipment, Window, Windshield, or Wiper Violation.

Brantley County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Post Road and Mt. Olive in reference to a broken taillight.

• Possession of Open Alcohol Container, DUI, Failure to Maintain Lane: Marcus Travis, 42, was arrested Tuesday, May 19 and charged with Possession of Open Alc ohol Container, DUI, and Failure to Maintain Lane after Georgia State Patrol conducted a traffic stop.

• Removing or Affixing License Plate with Intent to Conceal or Misrepresent:

Erik Justice, 33, was arr ested Tuesday, May 19 and charged with Removing or Affixing License Plate with Intent to Conceal or Misrepresent.

• DUI, Seat Belt Violation, Possession and Use of Drug related Objects, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance: Melanie Highsmith, 55, was arr ested Tuesday, May 19 and charged with DUI, Seat Belt Violation, Possession and Use of Drug related Objects, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance after Georgia State Patrol conducted a traffic stop.

• Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Driver to Exercise Due Care, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, outstanding Probation warrant: Robert Johns, 39, was arrested Wednesday, May 20 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Driver to Exercise Due Care, Possession of a Schedule II Cont rolled Substance, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects and an outstanding Probation warrant after Nahunta Police Department conducted a traffic stop.

• Seat Belt Violation, Driving while License Suspended or Rev oked: Ivory Evans, 25, was arr ested Wednesday, May 20 and charged with Seat Belt Viol ation, and Driving while License Suspended or Revoked after Nahunta Police Department Conducted a traffic stop.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Michelle Casey, 30, was arr ested Wednesday, May 20 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance: Alexis Manalakos, 27, was arrested Wednesday, May 20 and charged with Obstructing or Hind ering Law Enforcement Officers, and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.

Brantley County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Post Road and Mt. Olive in reference to a broken taillight.

• DUI, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Officer: Tristian Mitchell, 30, was arrested Friday, May 22 and charged with DUI and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Officer.

Brantley County deputies responded to 5100 Old Waynesville Road in reference to suspicious behavior.

• Outstanding warrants of Cruelty to Children, Battery Family Violence: Raffaele Genova, 38, was arr ested Friday, May 22 on the foll owing outstanding warrants of Cruelty to Children and Battery Family Violence.

• Aggravated Stalking: Thomas Crews, 72, was arr ested Friday, May 22 and charged with Aggravated Stalking.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call in the 1,010 block of Prescott Road in reference to disorderly conduct.

• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance: Desiree Breese, 32, was arrested Saturday, May 23 and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance after Georgia State Patrol conducted a traffic stop.

• DUI, Failure to Have License on Person, Failure to Signal When Turning or Changing Lanes, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance:

William Everette, 49, was arrested Monday, May 25 and charged with DUI, Failure to Have License on Person, Failure to Signal When Turning or Changing Lanes, and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.

Georgia State Patrol responded.

• DUI, Failure to Have License on Person, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, and Brake/Turn Light Signal Required: Eric Williams, 53, was arrested Monday, May 25 and charged with DUI, Failure to Have License on Person, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, and Brake/Turn Light Signal Required.

Georgia State Patrol responded.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: April Hodge, 43, was arrested Tuesday, May 26 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: James Smith, 47, was arr ested Wednesday, May 27 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Outstanding Failure to Appear warr ant: Jared Allen, 31, was arr ested Thursday, May 28 on an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant.

Brantl e y County deputies responded to a call on Highway 259 in reference to speeding.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Roger Moore, 46, was arrested Sunday, May 31 on an outstanding Probation warrant.
