WAYCROSS — Miss Heather Melissa Dowling, 43, passed away Wednesday evening, May 27, 2026 at Memorial Satilla Health following a lifelong illness.
Miss Dowling was born December 11, 1982, in Waycross to Randy Russell Dowling and Debbie Wainwright White. She was a very special lady who loved spending time with her family, listening to her sister’s children, loud music, and dancing. Miss Dowling also loved taking fast drives, eating cotton candy and doing pretty much anything with her HaiHai.
She is survived by her mother, Debbie Wainwright White of Waycross; her father, Randy Russell Dowling (Valerie) of Hoboken; her twin sister, Haley Livingston (Scott) of Waycross; nieces, Lillie Grace Livingston, Marlee Rayne Livingston, Cadence Blyer and Jaelynn Cauley; grandparents, Russell Dowling (Ruby) and Robert E. Clark, Sr. (Margaret); aunts and uncles, Lori Sloan (Jody), Randy Wainwright and Donna Allen; cousins, Halana Kirton (Will), Ashley Sloan, Amanda Sloan and Shawn Sloan; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held Monday, June 1, 2026 at the Music Funeral Home Chapel.
