NAHUNTA — Nahunta City Hall played host to their seventh annual End of School Year Bash Saturday.
The May 16 event has been a yearly staple since 2020. It is put on for the youth of Nahunta as they prepare to end this school year and begin their summer vacation.
There were water slides, inflatables and a series of vendors on hand to give the families a wide variety of entertainment and food for those in attendance. Brantley County Deputy Sheriff John Simpson also provided the event’s cooking.
City Clerk Angie Wirth was very happy with the turnout, as it is a yearly favorite for the community.
“We hope to carry on the tradition for a long time to come,” she said.
