Unison honors Sirmons

Unison Behavioral Health recently recognized Executive Assistant Emily Sirmons for 25 years of service with the organization. Sirmons, flanked by HR Director Laura Fullard (left) and Chief Executive Officer Tiffany Henderson, began her career with Unison in 2001 as a Secretary at the Ware Adult Behavioral Health outpatient clinic. Promotions that took her from her initial job to Office Support Supervisor (2008) leading staff operations, Behavioral Health Professional (2015) serving as a case manager on the Intensive Case Management team, and to her current role (2025) where she provides critical administrative support to the Board of Directors, Henderson, and senior management team, helping ensure organizational priorities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Possessing exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, Sirmons plays a vital role in Unison’s daily operations.
