Richard Godfrey, son of 1950s radio, entertainer and TV star Arthur Godfrey, discusses his just completed book of memoirs about his famous father, who died in 1983 in New York. At the peak of his success, in the early- to mid-1950s, Arthur Godfrey was heard on radio and seen on television up to six days a week, at times for as many as nine separate broadcasts for CBS. Arthur Godfrey is a member of the Radio and National Aviation Halls of Fame. The book is titled “Arthur and Me.”
