WAYCROSS — Mr. Donald Morris Corbitt, Jr., 60 of Waycross, passed away Thursday morning, April 30, 2026, at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross.
Born September 12, 1965 in Waycross, Corbitt lived in Ware and Brantley Counties all his life. He was a 1984 graduate of Ware County High School, worked as mechanic all his life, and lived and breathed dirt track racing (#29). He was of the Baptist faith.
Corbitt was a son of the late Elizabeth Rebecca Beverly Corbitt. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Decia Suzanne Roberson.
Survivors include two daughters, Cassidy (Hunter) Lee and Carrigan Propes both of Waycross; three sons, Anthony (Nicole) Howell, Winston (Jennifer) Corbitt and Camdon Corbitt all of Waycross; his father and stepmother, Donald M. and Margaret Corbitt, Sr. of Waycross; two brothers, Tim (Sandy) Corbitt and Ottie Corbitt (Rhonda Thrift) both of Waycross; four grandchildren; a great grandchild on the way; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
