A Blackshear man has been arrested on multiple child exploitation and human trafficking charges.
Kevin Bradley Waldron, 45, of Blackshear has been charged with child molestation, aggravated child molestation, statutory rape, sexual exploitation of a child, trafficking of persons for sexual servitude, tattooing of a minor, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule I controlled substance and possession of drug-related objects.
According to Blackshear Police Chief Chris Wright, the Blackshear Police Department received information earlier this month regarding the possible sexual exploitation of a juvenile female. This investigation led to Waldron’s arrest and the execution of a search warrant at his residence in Blackshear.

During the investigation, officers developed evidence indicating that Waldron engaged in sexual activity with the juvenile victim, was involved in the creation of sexually explicit material and subjected the victim to sexual servitude. Investigators also determined that Waldron possessed illegal narcotics and was tattooing minors through an unpermitted tattoo operation.
Waldron is currently being held in the Pierce County Jail after his bond was denied by Pierce County Chief Magistrate Judge Shelly Herndon.
The victim is safe and is now in the custody of the Georgia Department of Family and Children Services (DFACS). Due to her age, her identity will not be released.
This case remains under active investigation.
