was arrested Wednesday, April 22 and charged with Burning Woodlands, Brush, Destruct ion, Damage to Material, Device used in Detection of Fires after a Burn Ban was in Affect.
• Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Officer, Reckless Driving: Spencer Bullard, 40, was arrested Thursday, April 23 and charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Officer and Reckless Driving after he went past a Road Closure due to the Highway 82 Fire.
• Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Office, Reckless Driving, Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance: John Lewis, 64, was arr ested Thursday, April 23 and charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Office, Reckless Driving, and Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance.
• Outstanding Failure to Appear warr ant: Chad Turner, 50, was arrested Thursday, April 23 and charged with an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant.
