Masterbuilders Ministry
The Masterbuilders Ministry presents “Build Me a Place” at 7 p.m. Friday, April 17, at the Kingdom Faith Ministry, 6014 Homestead Road, Blackshear.
Speakers include Elder Jason Deal, Steward Herman Sutton Sr., Pastor Jesse Brown, Deaconess Minnie Davis, Bro. Aaron Riley, Missionary Vikki Harris and Dr. Anita Harris. The Brown Brothers of Valdosta will provide the music. Everyone is cordially invited to attend. Pastor Tony Reynolds is the pastor and Minister Bertie Allen is the co-pastor. Missionary Ardrelle Myles Sutton is the pastor/ sponsor of Masterbuilders.
Kingdom Faith Church
Kingdom Faith Church will host the “Salute to the 50 States” program at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 18.
Semi-formal attire is recommended. All state representatives are asked to arrive 15 minutes early and be prepared to walk.
The church is located at 6014 Homestead Road, Blackshear.
Macedonia Baptist Family and Friends Day, April 19 Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, will observe its Annual Family and Friends Day Reunion at 11 a.m. Sunday, April 19. The occasion is not only a time of worship, fellowship and fun, it is also the church’s largest fundraiser.
“We are not only requesting your presence to help us celebrate the goodness of the Lord, but we are also asking for your financial generosity as we close out our Family and Friends fundraiser,” said a spokesman for the church.
Proceeds from the fundraiser will help the church continue hosting community dinners, provide monetary awards to graduating high school and college seniors, aid victims of local and national disasters and make much-needed renovations to our church.
Macedonia is located on Tyre Bridge Road, Patterson.
