• Mark Anthony Tongel, 42, was arrested Wednesday, March 25, and charged with felony - possession of scheduled II controlled substance, crossing guard lines with weapons, intoxicants or drugs without consent of warden or superintendent and misdemeanor - possession of drug related objects.
Deputy Chris Harris responded to the Pierce County Jail in Pierce County and an investigation led to Tongel’s arrest.
