Sheriff’s Report

• Outstanding Theft by Deception warrant: James Bolden, 46, was arrested Monday, March 16 on an outstanding Theft by Deception warrant.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Ashley Brasiel, 35, was arrested Monday, March 16 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Affray: Stacy Coley, 54, was arrested Monday, March 16 and charged with Aff ray (fighting in a public place that disturbs the peace) after Nahunta Police Department responded.

• Theft by Taking, Battery, Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers: Dustin Steedley, 40, was arrested Monday, March 16 and charged with Theft by Taking, Battery and Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call on F.J. Melton Lane in reference to a domestic dispute.

• Outstanding Criminal Trespass warrant: Paul Cady, 39, was arr ested Tuesday, March 17 on an Outstanding Crimin a l Trespass warrant.

• DUI, Failure to Maintain Lane, Seat Belt Violation, Failure to Report Accident with injury, Hit and Run, Endangering a Child Under 14 While DUI, and Cruelty to Children: Robert Cotterman, 39, was arr ested Tuesday, March 17 and charged with DUI, Failure to Maintain Lane, Seat Belt Violation (four counts), Failure to Report Accident with injury, Hit and Run, Endangering a Child Under 14 While DUI, and Cruelty to Children (three counts) after Georgia State Patrol responded.

• Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, Expired Tag: Kelly Durden, 58, was arr ested Tuesday, March 17 and charged with Driving While License Sus pended or Revoked, Possession of Open Alcohol Container and Expired Tag.

Brantley County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Hwy. 110 and Highway 32 in reference to expired tag.

• Disorderly Conduct: Aaron Canfijn, 44, was arr ested Wednesd ay, March 18 and charged with Diso rderly Conduct after Nahunta Police Department Responded.

• Burglary, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Probation warrant: Justin Harris, 40, was arr ested Wednesd ay, March 18 and charged with Burg lary, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, and Probation warrant.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Branden Nettles, 18, was arrested Wednesd ay, March 18 on an Outstanding Probation warrant.

• No Proof of Insurance, Removing or Affixing License Plate with Intent to Conceal or Misrepresent, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked: Levi Herrin, 32, was arr ested Friday, March 20 and charged with No Proof of Insurance, Removing or Affixing License Plate with Intent to Conceal or Misrepresent, and Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.

Brantley County deputies responded to Hwy. 110 and Highway 82 in reference to suspended registration.

• Outstanding Failure to Appear warr ant: Ethan Johnson, 27, was arrested Friday, March 20 on an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant.

• Outstanding Failure to Appear warrant: And rew Kirkland, 24 was arr ested Friday, March 20 on an outs tanding Failure to Appear warrant.

• DUI, Failure to Maintain Lane, Knowingly Driving Motor Vehicle on Suspended, Canceled, or Revoked Registration, and Possession Of Open Alcohol Container: April Boatright, 46, was arrested Sunday, March 22 and charged with DUI, Failure to Maintain Lane, Knowingly Driving Motor Vehicle on Suspended, Canceled, or Revoked Registration, and Possession Of Open Alcohol Container after Georgia State Patrol responded.
