WCHS thinclads post runaway wins in three-team meets

Ware County’s track teams recorded their second threeteam home wins of the young season outdistancing both Brantley County and McIntosh County Academy.

The Lady Gators scored 207 points to beat the Lady Herons

(140) and the Lady Bucs (66). The Gators soared past the 300point total for the second time piling up 310 points to easily beat BCHS (130) and MCA (55).

Winning events for the Lady Gators were Azian Smith (100 meters), Shidaviona Washington (200m, long jump), Amaria Dukes (400m), Faith Williams

(3,200m), Nadya Ellis (300m hurdles), Cami Barnes (shot put) and the 4x100m relay team.

Winning events for the Gators were Rykeil Kitchen (200m), Adrien Barkley (400m), Damari Bennett (800m), Giovanni Solorio (3,200m), Juwaun Leblanc (300m hurdles), Adarius Brown (high jump), Cameron King (long jump, triple jump), Savion Love (long jump), Kyler Matthews (shot put), the

4x100m relay team, 4x200m relay team and 4x800m relay team.
