Sheriff’s Report

• Eduardo Miguel Lopez, 35, and Cecilio Jesus Martinez-Garcia, 31, were arr ested Thursday, March 5, and were charged with felony - terroristic threats and acts and misdemeanor - diso rderly conduct.

• Kaylee Renee Ford, 28, was arrested Thursday, March 5 and charged with felony - possession of methamphetamine.

Aggressive Crime Enforcement (ACE) Unit Investigator Greg Nettles and Investigator Wayne Mercer conducted a traffic stop in Pierce County that led to Ford’s arrest.

• April Lynn Smith, 48, was arrested March 15 and charged with felony cruelty to children first degree (2 counts), false imprisonment (2 counts, agg ravated battery and cruelty to children in the second degree.

ACE Unit Sgt. Greg Nettles, Investigator Wayne Mercer, Lt. Jacob Winters and Deputies Landry Lloyd and Deputy Holmes conducted an investigation that led to Smith’s arrest.
