• DUI, Driver to Exercise Due Care, Seat Belt Violation, outstanding Parole violation: David Bussell, 47, was arrested Monday, March 9 and charged with DUI, Driver to Exercise Due Care, Seat Belt Violation and an Outstanding Parole Violation after Georgia State Patrol conducted a traffic stop.

• Outstanding Probation warrant: Rodn e y Green, 40 was arr ested Monday, March 9 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Outstanding Theft by Taking warrant, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance: Gerald Smith, 44, was arrested Tuesday, March 10 on an Outstanding Theft by Taking warrant.

While being arr ested, Smith was charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.

• Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Marijuana Possess Less than 1 oz., Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance: Justine Brewer, 41, was arrested Thursday, March 12 and charged with Driving While License Sus pended or Revoked, Marijuana Possess Less than 1 oz., Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance (two counts), and Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance.

Brantley County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 110 in reference to tag.

• Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects: Charles Sikes, 46, was arrested Thursday, March 12 and charged with Poss ession and Use of Drug Related Objects.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Cheyenne Turner, 31, was arrested Thursday, March 12 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Public Drunkenness, Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers: Christopher Brazell, 50, was arrested Saturday, March 14 and charged with Public Drunkenness and Obstructing or Hind ering Law Enf orcement Officers following a stop by the Nahunta Police Department.

• Failure to Obey Stop Sign, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked: Lisa Leverett, 17, was arr ested Saturday, March 14 and charged with Failure to Obey Stop Sign, and Driving While License Suspended or Revoked after being stopped by the Nahunta Police Department.

• DUI: Phillip Rhoden, 70, was arrested Saturday, March 14 and charged with DUI after being stopped by the Nahunta Police Department.

• Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Open Alcohol Container, Seat Belt Violation, No Proof of Insurance, DUI: Neal White, 46, was arrested Saturday, March 14 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Open Alcohol Container, Seat Belt Violation, No Proof of Insurance, and DUI after a stop by the Nahunta Police White

Department.
