Frances Rogers, 64, of Blackshear, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2026 in Blackshear.
A beloved member of her community, she was born February 13, 1962, in Turkey. She lived a vibrant and fulfilling life, leaving a lasting impression on all those who had the privilege of knowing her.
She was known for her kindness, compassion and unwavering support for her friends and family. Her warm spirit and generous heart touched the lives of many throughout her years. She exemplified what it meant to be a true friend, always ready to lend a listening ear or a helping hand.
